KIC REALTY CONNECT 2026 VIDEO DANCE CONTEST
On behalf of our Events and Awards Committee, Chairperson Ben James is excited to announce the launch of the first-ever KIC Realty Dance Contest. To help introduce the fun, we have a video from Ben below that provides an energetic intro and demonstrates the dance moves you’ll be learning. We encourage everyone to watch his video first, it sets the tone, shows the style we’re aiming for, and gives you a great visual reference for the routine. Ben makes it look easy… and hilarious.
Here’s How it Works:
You can team up with another agent, your whole group, or just go solo, whatever feels right. If distance is an issue, you can still participate as a group. Groups may record in unison, for example through a Teams meeting or similar platform, as long as all dancers are visible on screen at the same time.
If you’re not sure how to set this up, just reach out, we’re happy to guide you.
Participants are welcome to be in more than one video if they’d like. You’ll be learning the dance to “Low” by Flo Rida.
Use the choreography link provided below, it’s the same version Ben is using in his background. Once you’ve got it down, record and submit a minimum 20‑second video of your dance performance. If you want to go longer, even better, longer videos earn additional points.
